The first time I saw the

I think the main reason I have a problem with it is because most of society see being a rapper as negative. This new Def Jam Left might be a big deal. This could give a lot of underground cats an opportunity to get their records heard with out having a huge overhead to worry about. The only question is, how accessible will Def Jam Left be?

I will not lye I slept on Cassidy for a long time but after I heard his new album
"I'm a Hustla" I became a fan over night.
Most freestyle MC's don't make great albums... shit they don't even make good albums. Could you think of any?... They either try to go too commercial to sell records (e.g. Cassidy's first album) or stick with the freestyle type of songs to remain street but are boring (e.g. Canibus).
I think on Cassidy's latest album he just did what he does best... produce good lyrics. If you never heard the album you should try listening to it, it'll probably change your opinion of Cassidy like it did for me...
